Let us know in advance if you have any medical conditions or injuries that could affect your ability to play safely.
Wear the right shoes: sports trainers or tennis court shoes with non-marking soles. Please avoid black soles, running shoes, cross-trainers, or street shoes.
Warm up before you play — stretch your back, arms, shoulders, and hamstrings. If you’re unsure, check with a physiotherapist or doctor.
Stay hydrated! Drink plenty of fluids before, during, and after your games.
On-Court Etiquette
Be aware of your movements. Take care when running for low balls or moving backward for high ones.
If your ball rolls onto another court, shout “Ball on court!” and wait for it to be returned — never run onto another court.
Don’t cross behind an active court. Wait for the point to finish and ask before crossing.
Keep the court clear — only one ball per court, and please leave bags, bottles, and towels off the playing area.
Respect & Responsibility
Respect your fellow players and help keep everyone safe.
Listen to organisers’ instructions and follow their guidance.
Remember, while Pickleball is low-risk, accidents can happen. By taking part, you accept this risk and take responsibility for your own safety and actions.
