No, equipment is included in the price for sessions


Yes we have plenty of parking, including disabled spaces. The 40 Bus from the centre of York also stops outside of our facility! 


Our session are designed for Starters, Improvers, Intermediate and Advanced Player - we will help you navigate finding the best session for you.


Here is a simple guide to help you self-assess your level



No. Many of the events we run are designed as 'turn up and play'.  Open play, drop in, clinics and festivals are examples of events where you literally turn up and we assign you with others to play with.



You can do this by following the link on the website  or navigating to the membership section on our mobile phone app.  Simply click on the 'More' tab on the bottom right hand side of the mobile app screen and you will see 'Membership Options'.


Yes! Currently you can book a court or event up to 28 days in advance.


We understand that sometimes plans change, and we will do our best to accommodate you.  If you need to reschedule a booking then contact us as soon as you know that you need to.  


Our cancellation policy is that any cancellation made more than 24 hours in advance of the time of the booking is free of change.  We do have to charge the full fee if a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the booking time.  For clarification don't hesitate to contact us.


Sometimes, for operational reasons we may need to cancel an event session.  In this unlikely event you will receive a full refund of any payment, irrespective of when the cancellation was made.  We will always strive to give plenty of notice before we do this.


If we do not meet the minimum number of participants for an event and, as a result, we have to cancel it, then you will get a full refund.  This gives you peace of mind that you can book and not lose your money.


Non marking shoes and sportswear that you are comfortable in. No outside shoes on the courts please.


Yes we are keen to introduce new people to this addictive sport! Look in the 'Events' section of the mobile app.  At present we run a Beginners Clinic and an Improvers Clinic. Details of these are provided in the event description in the mobile app.


We welcome player of all ages. Under 16's need to be accompanied by an adult.
